高层建筑商业服务网点消防审查若干问题探析

On the Fire Review of High-rise Residential Buildings with Commercial Service Spots

随着我国城乡经济的繁荣发展,附设有底层商业服务网点的高层住宅建筑日益增多,而此类建筑如把关不严则存在较多的火灾隐患。在消防设计审查中,商业服务网点的定义、使用性质、疏散通道和消防设施设置等均存在值得商榷的问题。对这些问题进行讨论,并提出了相应的改进建议。

With the development of urban and rural economy in China,there is the type of high-rise residential buildings with commercial service spots at the ground floors.These buildings have a lot of fire hazards if there is no strict fire supervision and management.This paper discusses the concept,the functional property,the evacuation passageway,fire facilities of commercial service spots and the suggestions for fire review.
