漏电火灾特性分析及对策

摘要 利用实验装置,对市面上最普遍的9种PVC绝缘导线进行低压过载、高压交流、高压直流的漏电实验,得出各导线在过载及不同高压值下的漏电流大小,并经过换算得到化工场所各常见爆炸性气体的最小引燃电流值,对比实验结果,得出各绝缘导线在化工场所的危险极限,并为预防漏电火灾提供了可供参考的建议。 Leakage phenomenon,which causes a series of electrical faults such as short-circuit,is widespread.In the paper,nine species of PVC insulated cable which are very common on the market were experimented under overload current,high voltage under direct-current and alternating current.Through the experiment data,the curves of the leakage current of each wire under different high voltages were drawn.Moreover,the minimum ignition current values of explosive gases which existed frequently in chemical sites were calculated through conversion.Compared to experimental results,each insulated cable's dangerous limit in chemical sites was brought out,and then the electrical protection measures were provided in evidence.
