摘要
为考查加热时间对铜导线一次短路熔珠金相显微组织的影响,实验模拟室内火灾环境,在500℃下对熔珠加热不同时间后进行自然和喷水冷却,通过观察自然和喷水冷却熔珠的金相组织,研究加热时间对一次短路熔珠金相组织的影响。得出一次短路熔珠金相组织随加热时间的变化规律,为火场中铜导线一次短路熔珠的鉴定提供依据。
In this experiment,simulating real fire scene,primary short circuited melted beads of different diameter were made by trace evidence test-bed system.In addition to this,simulating indoor fire thermal environment by box-type resistance furnace,beads heated at 500℃ for different time were made.Contrasting the beads formatted under natural cooling condition and water cooling condition,the result shows that different cooling condition has a great impact on the microstructure of primary short circuited beads.Based on the microstructure analysis of primary short circuited beads formatted under different cooling conditions,the changing regularity of the different microstructure of primary short circuited beads with different cooling conditions is drawn.
