大力发展会计服务业 服务经济发展方式转变——在首届“京交会”会计服务主论坛上的主旨演讲

President Li Yong delivers keynote speech at the accounting services forum of the CIFTIS,urging full development and support of accounting service industry to transform economic developing model

李勇会长指出,会计服务业作为市场经济体系的"基础设施",作为国际通用商业语言,是投资者比较不同投资机会的重要依据。因此,会计服务贸易的发展对于推动整个服务贸易的发展、对于引导和服务资本在全球范围内合理流动与有效配置、对于促进全球经济的稳定增长,具有不可替代的作用。他就发展会计服务贸易提出以下建议:一是在积极推进会计审计准则国际趋同的同时,加快跨境监管的互信合作;二是支持国际会计师组织工作;三是重视发挥会计服务对其他领域的支撑作用;四是加强高端国际化人才培养。

President of CICPA,points out that as the 'infrastructure' of market economy system and the global common business language,accounting service industry is essential for investors to compare different investment opportunities.Hence,its development plays an irreplaceable role in promoting advancement of the whole trade in services,guiding and serving the reasonable flow and effective allocation of capitals around the world and facilitating the steady growth of global economy.President Li announces the following proposals on how to develop trade in accounting services:first,accelerate mutual cooperation of cross-border regulation while actively promote the international convergence of accounting and auditing standards;second,support the work of international accounting organizations;third,pay attention to the supportive role for other areas played by accounting services;and fourth,strengthen training of internationalized high-end professional talents.
