长期健康教育在改善糖尿病视网膜病变患者代谢指标中的作用

Role of long-term intensified health education in changes of glycometabolism levels in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨长期健康教育在改善糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)患者代谢指标中的作用。方法将108例(140只眼)DR患者按就诊的次序分为教育组(54例,74只眼)和对照组(54例,66只眼)。对照组采用传统的心理护理和相关知识教育,教育组在此基础上,实施长期强化式健康教育。健康教育2年后,比较两组患者代谢指标改善和增值型眼底病变发生情况的差异。结果长期强化式健康教育后,教育组患者代谢指标改善情况优于教育前和对照组;增值型眼底病变发生率均低于教育前和对照组,组内和组间比较,均P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对DR患者实施长期强化式健康教育,可以改善患者代谢指标及延缓或阻止眼底病变的进展。

Objective To investigate the effect of long-term intensified health education on glycometabolism levels in patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods 108 patients （140 eyes） were assigned into two groups according to registration sequence： education group （54 patients, 74 eyes） and control group （54 patients, 66 eyes）. The latter received routine mental care and health education, and the former received long-term intensified health education besides mental care for two years. The two groups were compared in terms of glycometabolism levels and the incidence of value of fundus disease. Results The levels of glycometabolism and the incidence of value of fundus disease in the education group after intensified health education were all significantly lower than those of the education group before intensified health education as well as those of the control group （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The long-term intensified health education for patients with diabetic retinopathy may improve the levels of glycometabolism and defer the development of value of fundus disease as well.
