10例老年腹主动脉瘤人工血管重建术术后并发症观察与护理

Nursing of elderly patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm treated with artificial revascularization

目的探讨老年腹主动脉瘤人工血管重建术术后并发症的观察与护理要点。方法对10例老年腹主动脉瘤人工血管重建术术后的患者,其并发症发生情况进行分析和总结。结果 10例患者术后并发出血2例,急性心肌梗死1例,心律失常5例,呼吸功能不全4例,肾功能不全3例,不完全性肠梗阻2例,经严密观察和及时治疗,均痊愈出院。结论老年患者人工血管重建术术后并发症发生率高,加强术后观察并及时处理,是提高手术成功率、保障患者痊愈的关键。

Objective To explore the nursing points in elderly patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm treated by artificial revascularization. Method The histories of 10 senile patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm treated with artificial reconstructive vascular operation were analyzed and summarized. Results Of the 10 patients, 2 cases had postoperative bleeding, 1 acute myocardial infarction, 5 arrhythmia, 4 respiratory insufficiency, 3 renal insufficiency and 2 incomplete intestinal obstruction. After close observation and prompt treatment, all patients were cured and discharged. Conclusions The elderly patients with artificial revascularization were vulnerable to postoperative complications. Enhanced postoperative observation and timely treatment are critical for the improvement of the success rate of surgery.
