现代远程高等教育学习者个人教育成本调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 远程教育经济学中对教育成本的计量分析一直是研究关注的重点,已有研究多是进行宏观层次的机构成本核算,往往忽视参与主体即远程学习者的投资决策需求,因此,本文将尝试对远程学习者的个人成本及其成本分担情况展开细致讨论。本文通过文献调研及对案例网院的实证调研发现,远程学习者直接成本绝对值虽低,但是远程学习者对总教育成本的负担比例高出传统学习者的1/4;远程学习者的间接成本占总成本的32%,约为直接成本的1/2,这也在一定程度上揭示了当前远程学习者成本负担相对较重的现象。希望本文对远程学习者教育投资过程的分析结果能在一定程度上提高学习者投资远程教育的科学性和谨慎度,并为远程教育机构以学生为中心的学习支持服务工作的开展和政府的学费定价制度及经费补贴政策的制定提供针对性建议。
