郑州东明路站站位调整设计难点与施工对策

摘要 以郑州1号线东明路站为例,分析了由于站位调整,车站在设计阶段以及在施工中可能会遇到的问题,并提出了解决方案。其中重点介绍了基坑周边雕塑"和谐之林"对基坑开挖的影响,通过监测点沉降计算与有限元分析,对建筑物的保护提出了要求;同时对基坑降水方案以及西侧端头井地墙接缝的处理方案作了较为详细的分析。分析表明:车站在调整站位以后遇到的设计难点和所采用的施工对策,需要综合考虑周围地质环境,既有或规划建(构)筑物的功能要求等,通过设计和施工紧密配合,采取安全、经济、方便施工的有效措施,以确保车站基坑顺利开挖。 The thesis takes Dongming Rd. station of Zhengzhon Metro Line, as example and analyzes the possi- ble problems in designing and construction phase caused by the station adjustment. The authors have made detailed comparison between different solution proposals and has finally decided the best solution. In the thesis, the authors have focused on the influence of the sculpture "Harmony" near the foundation pit on the foundation pit excavation. The authors propose the requirements of the sculpture protection by calculations and finite element analysis. The au- thors have also focused on the dewatering plan and the construction processing solution of the west side end well dia- phragm wall joint in order to prevent possible seepage from Jinshui River. The authors have also made comparison and analysis on following parts : the construction of the curved station retaining wall ; the protection and movement of the important pipes and lines in range of the station foundation pit ; and the traffic organization solution of the future sta- tion surrounding areas. The analysis has showed that: when meeting difficulties after the station adjustment, we need to comprehensively considerate the geological environment around the station and the existing or planed buildings' functional needs. We should ensure the foundation pit excavation be successfully processed through close corporation between designing and construction with safe, economic and effective measures that can make the construction easy.
