结合型地沟油磷酸酯加脂剂的制备及其应用

Synthesis on Waste Oil Phosphate Fatliquor and Its Application in Leather

将地沟油与二乙醇胺在70℃下进行酰胺化反应3 h,得到改性地沟油,然后在40℃,1 h内加完五氧化二磷粉末,缓慢升温至70℃反应4 h,再中和至pH为6~7,所得产物与OP乳化剂复配成复合型加脂剂。将制备的加脂剂应用到皮革中,通过与鱼油、牛蹄油、合成油的比较得出：用该加脂剂加脂所得皮革的性能优于或接近鱼油、牛蹄油、合成油加脂剂加脂后的皮革性能。

Waste oil was modified with diethanolamine at 70 ℃ and 3 h.Under the conditions of 40℃,phosphorus pentoxide powder was added into waste oil fatliquor in 1h.Then slow heating up to 70℃ for 4 h,then neutralized to pH 6-7,the product obtained with OP emulsifier became composite fatliquor.Waste oil fatliquoring agent,fish oil,neatsfoot oil,synthetic oil were applied in leather.The properties of leather gotten from waste oil fatliquor is better than or close to those of leather from fish oil,neatsfoot oil,synthetic oil fatliquor.
