摘要
目的优选复肝宁片的处方工艺。方法以单因素试验筛选填充剂、粘合剂和崩解剂,正交试验优化主要辅料用量,湿法制粒制备复肝宁片。结果与结论优化后的处方为每片含糖粉37.5mg、微粉硅胶19mg、羟丙甲纤维素14mg、羧甲淀粉钠19mg、硬脂酸镁2.66mg,制备的复肝宁片质量检查符合要求,可压性及崩解均较好。
Objective To optimize the prescription and technology of Fuganning tablets. Methods In single factor test screening fillers, binders and disintegrants, orthogonal experiment for optimization of main auxiliary use, prepared by wet granulation Fuganning tablets. Results and conclusion After the optimization of prescription for each containing powdered sugar 37.5mg, silica ge119mg14mg, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch19mg, magnesium stearate 2.66mg, preparation of Fuganning tablets quality examination to meet the requirements, can be pressed and disintegrating.
