固体脂质纳米粒和纳米脂质载体二类脂质纳米给药系统的比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的综述固体脂质纳米粒和纳米脂质载体的理化特性、药物释放、应用领域等方面研究进展。方法查阅国内外相关文献。结果与结论以固体脂质为基质材料的纳米载体系统,即固体脂质纳米粒,其主要是以生理相容性的高熔点脂质为骨架材料制成的在常温下呈固体的纳米粒子;而纳米脂质载体则改变了固体脂质纳米粒固体脂质的构成,采用空间上不相容的混合脂质(如固体和液体脂质)为载体材料制备而成的具有特殊结构的纳米载体系统,避免了固体脂质纳米粒多方面潜在的缺陷。两者具有多方面的异同点,其比较研究日益广泛。
