摘要 敏感的互联网触手、零库存下的即需即供、网状的自组织协同……这家全球家电制造巨头正如榕树一般,繁衍着自己在互联网时代的商业新生态。 The title of Sun Gen is 'director of innovative Internet application experience',which is an original creation of Haier Group,a Chinese multinational consumer electronics and home appliances company.Sun's department originated from an online order improvement department in 2007.After it was merged into Process and System Innovation Department(PSI),it was required to fulfill more requirements including user experience investigation,store sales improvement and aftersale service on micro-blogs.In fact,the department is more like a bond that connects the over 2000 independent entities of the group:on one side,there are the manufacturing departments,while on the other side the increasingly fragmented,aggregated and personalized Internet user requirements.What Sun Gen does is to fuse these two distinct genes into a new one.Peers from other companies are always interested to talk with Sun Gen on the tech issues of traditional companies doing business on the Internet,but when it comes to the mode underneath Haier's innovations,most of them would exclaim that 'only Haier can make it.' A brand new eco-system is under construction in Haier.The company is no longer a traditional manufacturer:it's leading a revolution.
