摘要
为解决甘肃某铜铅锌多金属硫化矿矿石性质变化后原选矿工艺流程不能适应的问题,进行了铜与部分铅锌优先混合浮选再分离浮选—其余铅锌与硫混合浮选—铅锌与硫分离浮选新工艺的试验研究,闭路试验获得了铜精矿铜品位为20.99%、铜回收率为74.23%,铅锌混合精矿铅和锌品位分别为16.65%和27.32%、铅和锌回收率分别为91.11%和93.32%,硫精矿硫品位为41.62%、硫回收率为37.58%,伴生金和银在铜精矿和铅锌混合精矿中的总回收率分别为83.84%和88.27%的良好指标。
The original technological flowsheet cannot adapt to the copper-lead-zinc multi-metal sulfide ore in Gansu due to ore property changing.In order to solve this problem,new technological process on flotation experiments were carried out,which is copper and partly lead-zinc selective bulk flotation firstly,then separation of Cu and Pb-Zn,other Pb-Zn bulk flotation with sulfur,last separation of Pb-Zn and S.A Cu concentrate contenting Cu 20.99% with recovery of copper is 74.23%,and a Pb-Zn concentrate contenting Pb 16.65% with recovery is 91.11%,contenting Zn 27.32% with recovery is 93.32%,and a S concentrate contenting S 41.62% with recovery is 37.58%,the total recovery of associate gold and silver which in Cu concentrate and Pb-Zn concentrate are 83.84% and 88.27% of selection index can be obtained by the closed circuit test.
