摘要
借鉴绩效棱镜的考核思想,并结合实践教学的特点,在高职人力资源管理实践课程中建立包括学生、教师、能力、标准、流程五个要素在内的绩效棱镜式考核模式。在此模式中,通过流程组织、标准的前置性设计,以及能力的引导,充分体现教师和学生的"双主体"地位。
Referring the ideology of prism performance examination and combining with the characteristics of practical teaching,the paper established the prism performance examination model including five factors,that is students,teachers,abilities,standards and procedures for human resource management practical courses of higher vocational schools.The model fully embodies the "dual-subject" position of teachers and students by procedure organization,normative foremost design and ability leading.
