摘要
九江学院与361°公司合作的主要方式是对361°公司的员工进行在职培训。由于培训教师自身的局限性、在校生对合作的误解、学校配套设施不够完善以及企业方面学员所受教育程度参差不齐、培训时间安排不合理等原因,使得培训并未取得预期效果。未来合作中,双方应加强沟通交流,学校要完善配套设施建设,提供优质服务,企业则应根据学员实际分层次、分专业安排培训,并合理安排培训时间,教师应强化培训内容与企业实际案例的结合。
The main cooperation mode between Jiujiang College and 361° International Limited is that Jiujiang College launches on-the-job training for the staff of 361° International Limited.However,the expected training effects can not be received,the reasons include the limitation of training teachers,the misunderstanding for cooperation of students at school,etc.In the future cooperation process,the two sides should strengthen mutual communication.On one hand,the school should optimize the establishment of supporting facilities and provide high-quality service;on the other hand,the enterprise should hierarchically arrange the training by specialties and rationally arrange training schedule according to students' situation.Furthermore,the teachers should strengthen the combination of training contents and enterprises' practical case.
