摘要 2012年,对中国企业而言,经营形势比2008年金融危机更严峻!一边利润下降,主业不保;一边被迫转型,但新产业发展缓慢。这,就是中国企业的基本处境。我们称之为“流血转型”。转型要成功,靠什么?离不开管理创新! On one hand, profit keeps decreasing and the business is hard to keep, while on the other hand, forced transition faces slow growth in new industry fields. This might be the basic situation of most Chinese enterprises, which we call bleeding transition. What is the key for successful transition? The answer is innovation. This Report researches and summarizes the most efficient innovation model and cases of business module, strategy, supply chain, marketing, globalization, human resources, capital and family business succession in 2012, aiming to help Chinese enterprises shift from bleeding transition to blood generating transition.
