摘要
提出了一种非接触式的机器视觉尺寸测量方案。首先使用摄像机标定矫正畸变效应,获得摄像机内参数,随后采用双线定位法确定针脚位置,利用基于Zernike矩的亚像素边缘检测算法实现边缘检测和针宽测量。实验分析了该方法在小型连接件尺寸高精度检测中的效果。
A noncontact dimension measurement project is proposed based on machine vision. Firstly,camera calibration is used to correct the distortion effect and get more parameters about the camera, then using two lines to find the pin's position, after that, Zernike moments sub-pixel edge detection algorithm is used to realize the edge detection of the image. Finely, the result of the method in small connector is analyzed.
