摘要
针对动力电缆运行的高稳定性要求,介绍了一种基于M-Bus总线和以太网总线的双总线结构的电缆温度远程在线监测的设计方案,具有节省布线,施工维护方便的特点。重点介绍了M-Bus数据采集单元的硬件设计和软件实现。该系统采用了TinyARM嵌入式工控板为硬件平台,μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统为软件核心,对电缆沟的温度、烟雾、水位和视频信号的实时采集。
To fulfill the demand of high stability in the power cable operation, a remote cable temperature online monitoring program based on the dual bus structure of M-bus and Ethernet bus is introduced, characterizing the advantages of saving wires and making construction and maintenance more convenient. The hardware designing and the software realization of M-bus data collection units are highly emphasized. In the system designing,TinyARM embedded industrial control board is adopted as the hardware platform and the p.C/OS-]1 real-time operating system is utilized as the software core. Besides, the real-time information including the temperature of cable trenches, smog, the water level and the video signals is collected simultaneously.
