Cross Exploitation and Inner Dumping Scheme Research of YiLan Open-pit Mine

摘要 以依兰露天矿地质模型软件系统做为依托,在三维地质模型的基础上,利用系统的储量计算以及模拟开采技术,对依兰露天矿技术改造做了深入研究,提出横采内排的开采方案。根据露天矿煤层赋存条件、开采境界、开采现状,并充分考虑实现横采内排的便利性,提出两套开采方案。运用计算机模拟技术,得出详细的工程煤岩量,自动生成V=f(P)曲线,对两种过度方案进行比较,确定东部作为首采区为最佳合理方案,并且制定出过度方式与接续程序,解决了生产技术问题,取得了较好的经济效益。 After deep study of Yilan open-pit technology transformation, the Cross exploitation and inner dumping mining plan is proposed, using systematic reserve calculation and simulation of mining technology, based on the three-dimensional geological model with the background of Yilan open-pit geological model software systems. According to the condition of open-pit coal seam, mining boundary, mining status and fully considering the convenience of realizing the cross exploitation and inner dumping, two mining plans are proposed. After comparing the two transitional plans by V =f(P) curve automatically generated from the calculation of coal and rock engineering amount using computer simulation technology, the plan of making the east as the first mining area is considered the more reasonable one. And transitional ways and sequent procedures are made,which solves the technical problem of production as well as gaining better economic benefits.
