摘要
目的通过观察三维适形调强放疗(IMRT)对新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴病的影响,证明IMRT治疗骨棘球蚴病的有效性。方法选取股骨继发性棘球蚴病大鼠100只并随机分为五组,以IMRT方式对五组大鼠股骨棘球蚴病区分别给予0、20、40、60和80Gy剂量的放疗,于放疗1个月后活杀取材,取各组大鼠股骨棘球蚴包囊行HE染色、电镜观察后,TUNEL法定量检测棘球蚴包囊中凋亡的生发层细胞。结果IMRT作用1个月后光镜、电镜下均可观察到大鼠股骨棘球蚴包囊的放射损伤,而且棘球蚴包囊中生发层细胞凋亡指数与IMRT的剂量呈正相关(r=0.980,P〈0.05)。结论IMRT对继发性骨棘球蚴包囊有一定杀灭作用,且存在量效关系。
Objective To demonstrate the efficacy of intensity modulated radiation therapy (IM- RT) on echinococeosis of bone in rats of Xinjiang, by observing the effect of different doses of IMRT on echinococcosis of bone in Xinjiang rats. Methods One hundred purebred bone eehinocoeeosis rats were divided into 5 groups randomly. Then rats in the 5 groups were irradiated by the models of intensity modulated radiotherapy, the total irra- diation doses were 0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 Gy respectively. The samples of echinococcosis were taken out from the bone on one month after radiation. All the samples were observed by the hema- toxylin and eosin stain and electron microscope. Terminal deoxynucleatidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick and labeling (TUNEL) technique was used to examine the apoptotic cells in the echinococcosis. Results The radiation injury was observed one month after IMRT in the echinococcosis cells under mi- croscope. The apoptosis rate of the echinococcosis cells was positively correlated with the does of the IM- RT( r =0. 980, P 〈0. 05). Conclusions It is evident that the structure of cysts of bone echinococco- sis cells in rat can be damaged by IMRT with certain extent of the quantity-efficieney relationship.
