微创髓内钉治疗胫骨多段骨折

Intramedullary nail fixation with minimally invasive in the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia

目的探讨微创髓内钉固定治疗胫骨多段骨折的疗效。方法对52例胫骨多段骨折采用微创技术行髓内钉内固定患者的临床资料进行分析。结果52例患者均获得随访，随访时间1—3年，平均1．5年。骨折全部达到临床愈合，无骨不连及主钉断裂。膝前疼痛2例，锁钉松动断裂5例。结论微创技术治疗胫骨多段骨折髓内钉固定疗效良好，手术创伤小，并发症发生率低，是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of intramedullary nail fixation with mini- mally invasion in the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia. Methods Fifty-two cases of mul- tiple segmental fracture of the tibia were given minimally invasive fixation under fluoroscopy. Results All patients were followed up for 12-36 months, average 18 months. All patients achieved bone union. There were no complications such as infection, nail breakage, malunion on bone nonunion occured. Two cases with knee pain and 5 cases with nail brake occurred. Conclusions Intramedullary nail fixation with minimally invasion in the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia has stable fixation, minimal invasiib and fewer complications. It is a safe and effective method for the treatment of multiple segmental fracture of the tibia.
