腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠18例临床分析

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic operation for 18 patients with interstitial tubal pregnancy

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的临床应用价值及手术方式。方法回顾性分析18例腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠患者的临床资料。结果18例手术全部成功，无中转开腹，无术中术后并发症发生，手术时间28～85min，平均41min。术后住院3—6d，平均4．5d。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠安全可行。

Objective To study the tion for interstitial tubal pregnancy. Methods clinical value and surgical procedure of laparoscoplc opera- The clinical data of 18 patients with interstitial tubal preg- nancy treated by laparoscopic operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 18 patients were op- erated successfully, without conversions to laparotomy, no intra-operative or post- operative complica- tions. The operation time was 28 -85 rain（ mean, 41 min） , and the length of stay in hospital postopera- tively was 3 - 6 d （ mean, 4 - 5 d）. Conclusions Laparoscopic operation for interstitial tubal pregnancy is safe and feasible.
