孵化器“内网络”的构建与扩张——结构模型与实证分析 被引量:8

Determinants of the Formation of 'Incubator's Intra-Networking':The Structure Model and Empirical Research

摘要 为了研究孵化器"内网络"的构建和扩张,运用内容分析法开发量表,通过收集的数据,采用项目分析、探索性因子分析以及结构方程模型,检验了孵化器"内网络"构建和扩张的内因。研究表明,孵化器"内网络"的构建和扩张源于五个并列的因子:在孵企业间的信任,在孵企业资源集聚,在孵企业战略性网络参与,孵化器的组织构架和运营机制,便利和完善的孵化网络。通过ANOVA分析的LSD法对各因子的强度进行比较发现":孵化器的组织构架和运营机制"这一制度层面的因素是"内网络"最有力的成因,而"在孵企业间的信任"这一缺乏制约和监控的因素最不被认同。 It employed content analysis to develop items in order to exploit the determinants of the formation of incubator's intra-networking in quantity in the context of Chinese incubator. The empirical research involved the item analysis, EFA and SEM to identify the determinants. The study finds the five coordinate factors are causes of the intra-networking, for tenants, they are trust, pool of resource, strategic involvement; for incubators, they are the framework and operation of the incubator itself, as well as the existing incubating .It identify the distinct ef- fects of five factors by means of LSD in ANOVA, that's the framework and operation of the incubator itself is the most powerful cause which belong to the institution, while the trust of tenants which is out of monitoring and regulating. It is the one of least effect. The findings provide the policy-makers and relative parties of quantita- tive guidance to multiply the intra-networking of incubator.
