摘要
建立了基于Box-Cox和Box-Tidwell生产函数的随机生产边界模型,并考虑了国家特征对生产效率和信息技术价值的影响,从国家层面分析了信息技术资本对我国经济增长和生产效率的影响。实证结果表明,信息技术资本对我国经济增长具有显著的促进作用,同时,国家特征促进了生产效率的提高,强化了信息技术的价值。但是无论在Box-Cox还是Box-Tidwell生产函数下,信息技术资本都没能促进生产效率的提高,反而导致了生产效率的下降,表明我国经济发展过程中存在信息技术的"生产率悖论"现象。
This paper applies the stochastic production frontier model, based on the Box-Cox and Box-Tidwell pro- duction functions, and considering the impact of national characteristics on the business value of information tech- nology (IT), to investigate the contribution of IT on the economic growth and productive efficiency. The results show that the IT capital has a positive and significant influence on the economic growth. Meanwhile, the national characteristics improve the productive efficiency and strength the business value of IT. However, whether the Box-Cox or Box-Tidwell production functions, the IT capital does not improve the productive efficiency and leads to its decreasing, stating that the productivity paradox occurs in China.
