摘要
在创业文化要素研究基础上,提出了个人主义、创新认知、挫折意识和道德法制观念对于创业者创业动机存在激励关系的假设。针对90家天津市独立或合伙创立企业的创业者心理行为展开实证研究。通过随机抽样、电子问卷调查和数据回归分析处理得出上述创业文化要素对创业者创业动机存在激励关系传递规律。研究结果表明:创业文化要素中的个人主义对于创业动机有明显的激励作用;创业文化要素中的创新认知与创业动机之间存在激励关系;挫折意识与社会性创业动机之间具有相关性。
Based on the elements of entrepreneurial culture, the article raises the assumption of incentive relation- ship between individualism, innovation cognition, setbacks consciousness, moral concept of legal system and entre- preneurial motivation of entrepreneurs. The data of psychological behaviors about entrepreneurs comes from ques- tionnaires of 90 Tianjin independent or co-founded enterprises. Through random sampling, electronic questionnaires and processing of data regression, empirical results show that elements of entrepreneurial culture have an incentive transfer law relationship with entrepreneurial motivation. The results show: individualism that is consisted in entre- preneurial culture shows significant incentives for entrepreneurial motivation; innovation cognition which is includ- ed in the entrepreneurial culture has an incentive effect on entrepreneurial motivation; setbacks consciousness and social entrepreneurial motivation is significantly related.
