液态食品包装用PET和PE瓶的迁移研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了确保人们的饮食安全,对长沙市2种液态食品塑料包装材料(PET和PE)进行总迁移量的检测,抽取了12种不同品牌的PET和2种不同品牌的PE材质的液态食品进行检测。通过检测这些样品与包装材料间都没有发生明显的迁移,但油脂类与塑料容器间迁移的情况要比其他液态食品要严重些。 Total migration amount test was carried out on two liquid food plastic packaging materials, PET and PE. Twelve different brands of PET and 2 kinds of PE material were extracted for the test. The results showed that migration of the materials into ordinary liquid food is insignificant, but serious migration hap- pens in oil food.
