摘要
采用Aspen Plus流程模拟软件,以DMF为萃取剂,对连续萃取精馏过程分离乙酸乙酯—正己烷的过程进行模拟计算。考察了萃取精馏塔的回流比、萃取剂对原料的体积比(溶剂比)、萃取剂进料位置、原料进料位置和全塔理论板数等因素对分离效果的影响。在满足正己烷产品和乙酸乙酯产品的纯度均达到99.00%的条件下,模拟优化的结果为:全塔理论板数为30块,原料在第20块板进料,萃取剂在第12块板进料,溶剂比3,回流比4.5。为乙酸乙酯—正己烷萃取精馏分离工艺工业化提供了理论依据和设计参考。
Extractive distillation process for ethyl acetate--n-hexane system was simulated by Aspen Plus. DMF was chosen as the solvent. A process with two columns, namely extractive distillation column and solvent recovery column, was designed for separating the mixture. Effects of the reflux ratio, the volume ratio of solvent to mixture (solvent ratio), the solvent feed position, the mixture feed position and the number of theory plates of the whole tower on the extractive distillation were investigated. Aimed at the n-hexane and ethyl acetate mass fraction of 99.00% in the products, the extractive distillation process was simulated to obtain the optimal conditions for the extractive distillation column as follows, the number of theory plates of the whole tower 30, the mixture feed at 20th plate, the solvent feed at 12th plate, the solvent ratio 3 and reflux ratio 4.5. These works will provide a theory basis and design reference for the industrialization of the extractive distillation separation of ethyl acetate--n-hexane system.
