摘要 为深入探讨玄武岩短切纤维在增强沥青混合料路用性能方面的适用性,通过马歇尔试验、浸水马歇尔试验、高温车辙试验、低温弯曲试验等室内试验,评价了AC-13C型玄武岩短切纤维沥青混凝土的路用性能。通过比较玄武岩短切纤维不同掺量和不同纤维长度的沥青混凝土性能指标,提出了短切纤维的最佳掺量和最佳适用长度,并探讨了玄武岩短切纤维改善沥青混凝土路用性能的基本原理。研究发现:AC-13C型玄武岩短切纤维沥青混凝土的高温、低温及水稳定性均优于不加纤维的沥青混凝土;玄武岩短切纤维的最佳掺量为3‰,最佳适用长度为6 mm,可作为提高沥青混凝土综合性能的添加材料用于道路工程中。 To further explore the applicability of short-cut basalt fiber in reinforcing asphalt mixture road performance, by Marshall test, immersion Marshall test, rutting test at high temperature and bending test at low temperature, the mixture pavement performance of AC-13C short-cut basalt fiber asphalt concrete was evaluated. Through comparing the asphalt concrete performance with different contents and different lengths of short-cut basalt fiber, the optimum content and the best length of the short-cut fiber was proposed, then the basic principle of using short-cut basalt fiber for improving road performance of asphalt concrete was studied. It indicates that the high temperature stability, low temperature stability and water stability of AC-13C short- cut basalt fiber asphalt concrete are better than those of normal asphalt concrete; the optimum content of short-cut basalt fiber is 3%~, the best length is 6 ram, this material can be used as an additive in road engineering to improve asphalt concrete performance.
