摘要
为避免信号交叉口驶入出口道的车辆受到路内停车带的影响而得不到正常疏散或形成拥堵,以设置有路内停车带的信号控制交叉口出口道为研究对象,从路内停车对交叉口出口道动态交通影响分析入手,考虑路内停车和信号控制的共同作用,运用交通流波动理论,分别构建了停车带长度有限的和全路段均有停车带的2种情况下路内停车最佳距离的计算方法。以南京市成贤街路内停车带为例,进行实例应用,并重点分析了交叉口出口道处路内停车最佳距离随着交叉口到达流量、进入停车带后路段流量、信号控制参数周期时长、绿灯时长以及路内停车带长度变化的规律。结果表明,最佳距离随着交叉口到达流量和停车带长度的变化存在显著的变化拐点,而交叉口周期时长和绿灯时间比例均对路内停车设置位置存在显著影响。
In order to prevent the vehicles at the exit of signal-controlled intersection from not being evacuated normally or getting congested by the effect of curb parking facilities, focused on the exit of signalized intersection with curb parking lot, by analyzing the influence of curb parking on dynamic traffic flow at the exit of signal-controlled intersection, considered the combined effect of curb parking and signal control, the computational method of optimal stopping distance for both limited and whole section parking lots was established based on traffic flow wave theory. Taken the curb parking lots in Chengxian street in Nanjing city for example, the relationship of optimal distance with arrival flow at the intersection, link traffic flow in the area with parking lots, time of signal cycle, time of green light and length of curb parking lots was researched. The results show that (1) there are inflection points when optimal distance varying with arrival flows of the intersection and the length of parking lots ; (2) both cycle length and green split ratio have great effects on optimal distance.
