转型期我国高校体育公共服务的理论分析

Study on College Sports Public Service during the Transition Period in China

本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法及数理统计法,总结国内外有关研究现状,并从服务的视角、组织的视角以及人的全面发展的视角,对高校体育公共服务基本理论、现状及有效供给进行了研究。对高校体育公共服务的内涵与外延进行了界定,对高校体育公共服务的根本目标、服务对象与服务内容进行了分析,对高校体育公共服务的理论依据、政策法规依据、现实依据分别进行了探讨,并提出高校体育公共服务应遵循的基本原则。

With the methods of documentary material, questionnaire survey, logical analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper summarizes the present research situation of domestic and foreign, and from the perspective of service, organization and comprehensive development of human beings, focuses on the basic theory and present situation of colleges and universities sports public service. In order to propose the basic principles, the author makes the connotation and denotation of college sports public service, analyzes its basic aim, service object and item, and makes a depth exploration on its legal basis and theoretic and practical basis.
