结直肠癌的规范化用药
摘要
2008年全球约有结直肠癌新发病例120万，约占所有新发癌症的10％，其相关死亡人数超过60万。结直肠癌在北美、西欧、澳大利亚等经济发达的地区和国家十分常见，初次发病率达40／10万-66／10万，占所有新发病例的2／3以上。在经济迅速崛起的发展中国家如中国，结直肠癌发病率亦呈逐年迅速上升的趋势。
