鼻腔结构异常引起头痛的临床分析

Clinical analysis of headaches caused by nasal cavity abnormality

目的探讨鼻腔结构异常引起头痛的机制、诊断及治疗。方法对2006年8月至2011年8月诊治鼻腔结构异常引起头痛为主要症状的85例患者经鼻窦CT和内窥镜检查确诊后,行功能性内窥镜手术。结果经过3～12个月随访70例头痛消失,10例头痛缓解,5例无效。治愈率82.4%,有效率为94.1%,无效5.9%。结论鼻腔结构异常是引起头痛的常见原因,鼻窦CT扫描和鼻内窥镜检查能准确性地发现引起鼻源性头痛病灶的确切部位,及时行鼻内窥镜手术治疗获得良好效果。

Objective To explore the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of the headache by abnormality of nasal cavity.Methods Totally 85 patients with such kind of headache were treated by functional endoscopic sinus surgery（FESS）,after being demonstrated by CT Scans of the sinuses and endoscopic examinations.Results The follow-up time was 3 to 12 months.The headache disappeared in 70 patients,alleviated in 10 patientes,and unreliered 5 patients,The cure rate was 82.4%,effective rate was 94.1%,and the inralid rate was 5.9%.Conclusions The abnormality of nasal cavity is the common cause of headache,as seen in CT scans of sinuses and endoscopic examinations,clinically significant pain may be improved after surgical correction of intranasal anatomic abnormalities.
