江苏地区健康人群尿中苯乙醛酸参考值的研究

Research on the reference value of phenylglyoxylic acid of healthy people in Jiangsu regions

目的分析苯乙醛酸(PGA)的检测情况,明确江苏省不同地区健康人群PGA的参考值范围。方法应用超高效液相色谱-质谱/质谱联用仪(UPLC-MS/MS)对健康人群尿中的PGA进行检测,按不同地区、不同年龄段和性别进行统计学分析。结果 PGA在地区比较中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在性别和年龄上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以X95%表示正常参考值上限,研究健康人群尿中PGA含量参考值为:6～12岁男性(0.04～0.20)mg/L、6～12岁女性(0.04～0.19)mg/L;12～16岁男性(0.04～0.11)mg/L、12～16岁女性(0.04～0.10)mg/L;16～20岁男性(0.04～0.13)mg/L、16～20岁女性(0.04～0.07)mg/L;20～30岁男性(0.04～0.13)mg/L、20～30岁女性(0.04～0.20)mg/L;30～45岁男性(0.04～0.10)mg/L、30～45岁女性(0.04～0.10)mg/L;45岁以上男性(0.04～0.15)mg/L、45岁以上女性(0.04～0.10)mg/L。结论首次明确了江苏省不同地区健康人群PGA参考值范围,为评估健康人群空气中苯乙烯的暴露水平及处置职业接触者中毒事件提供参考。

Objective To analyze phenylglyoxylic acid（PGA） in urine of healthy people,and specify the reference value of PGA for healthy people in different regions in Jiangsu province.Methods The PGA in urine of healthy people was measured by ultra-performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometer（UPLC-MS/MS） and statistically analyzed according to different groups（region,age and gender）.Result The value of PGA had no significant difference in different regions.However,it had significant difference in different gender and age groups.With X95% as the upper limit,the reference range of urinary PGA of healthy people was as follows：6-12 year-group（male）：（0.04-0.20） mg/L,6-12 year-group（female）：（0.04-0.19） mg/L;12-16 year-group（male）：（0.04-0.11） mg/L,12-16 year-group（female）：（0.04-0.10） mg/L;16-20 year-group（male）：（0.04-0.13） mg/L,16-20 year-group（female）：（0.04-0.07） mg/L;20-30 year-group（male）：（0.04-0.13） mg/L,20-30 year-group（female）：（0.04-0.20） mg/L;30-45 year-group（male）：（0.04-0.10） mg /L,30-45 year-group（female）：（0.04-0.10） mg/L;over the age of 45 year-group（male）：（0.04-0.15） mg/L,over the age of 45 year-group（female）：（0.04-0.10） mg/L.Conclusion The reference value of PGA for healthy people in different regions of Jiangsu was made clear for the first time.The results may provide reference for assessing the extent of healthy people exposed to styrene in air,and managing events of occupational exposure to poisoning substances.
