婴儿食物过敏情况的调查分析 被引量：1

摘要 近年来食物过敏的发生率呈逐渐上升趋势。慢性食物过敏不仅可以导致婴儿生长发育不良,而且可能是某些严重过敏性疾病的诱因〔1〕。由于婴儿过敏的食物为生长发育所必需,如果不及时发现引起婴儿过敏的食物,找到安全的替代营养品,就会导致继发性营养不良,
