摘要
三苯基锡(triphenyltin,TPT)和三丁基锡(tributyltin,TBT)在环境中经常同时存在,针对TBT对肥胖发生的影响已有较多研究,但TPT能否诱导肥胖的发生尚不明晰。本研究用环境水平的TPT(0.5、5和50μg·kg^(-1))对青春期Sprague Dawley大鼠进行灌胃处理54d后,测量大鼠体质量和内脏脂肪质量的变化,并检测大鼠空腹血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、游离脂肪酸和谷胱甘肽-S转移酶的水平变化。结果显示,随着暴露浓度的增加,TPT对雄性大鼠的致肥作用减弱。0.5μg·kg^(-1)TPT暴露组中雄鼠体质量增加最显著,且内脏脂肪质量也较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。TPT暴露使雄鼠血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平均有升高,且在0.5μg·kg^(-1)TPT暴露组中二者均较对照差异显著(P<0.05)。而TPT暴露对雌鼠的上述各项生理和生化指标均无显著性影响。
Triphenyltin(TPT) usually co-exists with tributyltin(TBT) in the environment,which can induce obesity is not clear,though obesity induced by TBT has been extensively reported.In the present study,the body mass and visceral fat mass of pubertal Sprague Dawley rats were measured before and after 54-day TPT exposure at environmental levels(0.5,5 and 50 μg·kg^(-1)).In addition,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride,free fatty acid,and glutathione S-transferase in the fasting serum were detected.With the increasement of exposure concentrations,the strength of TPT inducing obesity to male rat decreased.Compared with the control,the body mass and visceral fat mass significantly(P 0.05) increased in the 0.5 μg·kg^(-1) TPT exposure group.TPT exposure increased the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in the fasting serum of male rats,in which was significant at the 0.5 μg·kg^(-1) TPT exposure group(P 0.05).To female rats,TPT exposure did not induce significant differences in the above-mentioned indexes.
