疏经通督法推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者主要体征的影响

Effects of Tuina Method of Dredging Bladder Meridians and Du Meridian on Main Signs for Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

符合诊断标准的腰椎间盘突出症患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别进行疏经通督法推拿及传统推拿治疗,对各组患者治疗前、治疗后当日、第3、10、20日后体征量化评分,研究结果显示,治疗组与对照组比较局部压痛评分,差异均无统计学意义。直腿抬高评分比较,两组治疗前、治疗1、3天后评分差异均无统计学意义,治疗10及20天后,治疗组评分明显偏低。表明疏经通督法推拿治疗腰突症有较好"止痛"效应,能改善肢体功能。

40 patients suffering from LIDP were randomly divided into two groups：Treatment Group（Tuina method of Dredge Bladder Meridians and Du Meridian）and Control Group（traditional Tuina method）,outcomes were evaluated by signs quantitative score before treatment,1 day,3,10 and 20 days after treatment.There was no significant difference in tenderness score between the two groups.Straight leg raising scores between the two groups on the day before treatment,1 day and 3 days after treatment were not statistically significant,and 10 and 20 days after treatment,that in the treatment group was significantly lower.The research shows Tuina model of Dredging Bladder Meridians and Du Meridian on treating LIDP has good effect on pain-relieving and limb function.
