Treatment Experience of Itching Skin Disease Treated by Tranquillizing Formula

目的:总结安神剂治疗瘙痒性皮肤病经验。方法:以医案形式,融理、法、方、药为一体进行阐述。结果:天王补心丹化裁治疗阴亏内热、血虚风燥型瘙痒症;酸枣仁汤化裁治疗血虚风燥、肝血不足型神经性皮炎;珍珠母丸化裁治疗阳亢血虚、毒邪蕴肤型结节性痒疹,均取得满意疗效。结论:安神剂治疗瘙痒性皮肤病疗效肯定。

Objective：To summarize treatment experience of itching skin disease treated by tranquillizing formula.Methods：Discuss principles,methods,formulae and herbs of itching skin disease.Result：Pruritus with yin deficiency deficiency and blood deficiency and wind dryness was treated by modified Tianwang Buxindan;neurodermatitis with blood deficiency and wind dryness and deficiency of liver-blood was treated by modified Ziziphi Spinosae Decoction;nodular prurigo with yang hyperactivity and blood deficiency and toxin evil harming skin was treated by Zhenzhumu Pill;those methods and decoction show a better therapeutic effect on acne.Conclusions：Tranquillizing formula has a good effect on itching skin disease.
