古文献痿病方药频数分析

Analysis on Drug Frequency in Formulae of Flaccidity Disease in Ancient Literature

该研究试图通过收集、整理古代医家在治疗痿病上选用的方药,初步发掘古代中医治疗痿病的方药,常用药物及药物配伍使用概况,探讨其常用复方中药物配伍规律,为中医药临床治疗痿病提供一定的参考。研究方法:从大型电子丛书《中华医典》中以"痿"、"萎"、"委"、"痿躄"为检索词,检索出有关中药治疗的条文以及从《中医方剂大辞典》中记载的方剂类的古籍中翻阅中医中药治疗痿病的条文,确定并整理出古代治疗痿病的方药,将方药相关数据规范化并建立数据库,采用计算机技术、统计学和数据挖掘方法对数据进行分析,再结合古代对痿病的认识,运用中医药理论对统计结果进行分析。从多角度探讨痿病方药的配伍规律。

In this study,through collecting and sorting prescription and preliminary excavation of ancient Chinese medicine treatment of flaccidity disease,it is to explore the selection of prescriptions,commonly used drugs and drug compatibility.Methods：From large-scale e-Books Medical Code,＂flaccidity＂,＂wilt＂,＂committee＂,＂flaccidity lame＂ were used to retrieve the provisions of Chinese medicine treatment as well as records from the Dictionary of Chinese Medicine Prescription of ancient Chinese medicine treatment of flaccidity disease provisions to identify and sort out the prescriptions of the ancient treatment,make prescription data normalization and establish a database by computer technology,statistics and data mining methods were used to analyze data,and then combining ancient flaccidity disease,the statistical results was analyzed by Chinese medicine theory.The compatibility law of flaccidity disease formulae was explored from multiple perspectives.
