中西结合综合治疗方案治疗难治性癫痫临床观察

Clinical Observation on TCM and Western Medicine Combined Therapy for Refractory Epilepsy

目的:探讨中西结合综合治疗方案治疗难治性癫痫临床疗效。方法:将42例难治性癫痫患者随机分为治疗组、对照组。对照组按西医常规治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合综合治疗方案治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效、癫痫发作次数、治疗前后脑电图异常情况。结果:两组治疗后癫痫发作次数、脑电图异常与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:中西医结合综合治疗方案可有效控制癫痫症状,改善患者生存质量,减少癫痫发作次数,疗效优于单纯西医常规治疗。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of TCM and western medicine combined therapy on refractory epilepsy.Methods：42 patients with intractable epilepsy were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group used Chinese and western combined treatment.The observations on clinical curative effects,frequency of epilepsy seizures and eeg abnormalities of two groups were made before and after treatment.Results：After treating,electroencephalogram（EEG）and frequency of epilepsy seizures of the two groups were statistically significant compared with that before treatment（P0.05）.The total effectiveness comparison between the two groups had statistical significance（P0.05）,the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control.Conclusion：Combined Chinese and western treatment can effectively control epilepsy symptoms,improve survival quality,reduce the number of seizures,and the results are better than pure western conventional treatment.
