163例冠心病患者生活质量情况和心理健康状况分析

Analysis on Quality of Life and Mental Health Status of 163 Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的:调查分析冠心病患者的生活质量情况和心理健康状况,为其临床医护干预提供依据。方法:应用简明生活质量量表和症状自评量表,对163例冠心病住院患者进行生活质量情况调查和心理健康状况测评。结果:冠心病患者的生活质量整体水平欠佳,生活质量量表维度中除躯体疼痛、躯体角色和社会功能方面尚合格外,其余方面均较差。冠心病患者的症状自评量表总分偏高,与国内常模比较在躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑及偏执等因子方面有明显差异(P<0.05)。症状自评量表总分值与生活质量量表的总分及各维度之间均不具备显著线性相关性(P>0.05)。结论:冠心病患者整体生活质量不高,且存在有不同程度的心理健康问题,尽管两者关系不甚密切,但在临床医疗实践中应积极促进其心理健康水平和生活质量的提高。

Objective：Investigation and analysis of the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease and psychological health status of clinical medical and nursing intervention were made to provide a basis.Methods：163 cases of coronary heart disease patients＇ quality of life survey and psychological health evaluation were made by a quality of life scale and SCL-90.Results：The overall level of quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease was in a poor condition,the body pain,physical role and social function passed the standard level,the rest didn＇t meet the standard level.Compared with domestic norm in somatization,obsessive symptoms,depression,anxiety and paranoid ideation had significant difference（P0.05）.Symptoms self rating scale total score and quality of life scale total score and each dimension had no significant linear correlation（P0.05）.Conclusion：The overall quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease is not high,and there are different levels of mental health problems,although the relation between them is not very close,but in clinical medical practice physicians should actively promote their psychological health level and improve the quality of life.
