通痹合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Tongbi Mixture in theTreatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨通痹合剂治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将60例冠心病患者随机分成两组,治疗组30例在常规西药治疗的基础上口服中药通痹合剂,对照组30例给予口服西药。结果:通过心绞痛疗效比较、心电图疗效比较、中医证候疗效比较、硝酸甘油停减率比较,治疗组分别都优于对照组。结论:通痹合剂治疗冠心病心绞痛有效可靠安全,疗效显著。

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Tongbi mixture on angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods：60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group were treated by tongbi mixture added to regular western medicine,30 cases in that control group were treated by regular western medicines.Results：The angina pectoris clinical efficacy rate has differences between two groups（P0.05）for the treatment group is 89.99% and the control group is 79.99%;The electrocardiogram effective rate of improving CHD angina in therapy group and control group are 90.00% and 73.33% respectively;TCM syndromes clinical efficacy rate has differences between two groups（P0.05）for the treatment group is 96.70% and the control group is 73.32%;the reduction of nitroglycerin effective rate of improving CHD angina in therapy group and control group are 90.00% and 73.33% respectively.Conclusion：Through tongbi mixtures in the treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris is more effective and reliable safety,efficacy significant.
