健康宣教神经肌电促通仪综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果观察

Clinical Evaluation of Health Education Associate with Nerve EMG Facilitation Instrument Treatment on the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的:观察健康宣教神经肌电促通仪综合治疗对腰椎间盘突出症效果的影响。方法:收集57例江苏省中医院针灸康复科腰椎间盘突出症住院患者,随机分为观察组30例和对照组27例,均予以神经肌电促通治疗仪(Tens 21)为主,联合其他疗法如中药、针灸等综合治疗两组患者,观察组予综合健康宣教,经治疗15天后,评价两组患者疗效,治疗3个月后进行随访,记录患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:两组患者均得到有效治疗,但观察组疗效更优于对照组,且患者对护理工作的满意度达到93.3%。结论:在综合健康宣教的基础上,实施神经肌电促通治疗仪(Tens 21)综合治疗,有助于帮助患者提高疗效,更易得到患者的认可。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the health education combine the Electromyography facilitation instrument treatment on the lumbar disc herniation.Methods：57 cases of lumbar disc herniation hospitalized patients from the department of Acupuncture and rehabilitation in the Jiangsu provincial hospital of of TCM were randomly divided into the observation group（27 cases）and control group（30 cases）.Both groups were treated with nerve EMG facilitation therapy instrument（Tens 21）associate with other therapy such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture treatment,but the observation group was with comprehensive health education,all patients were observed for 15 days,and evaluated the efficacy of two groups of patients were followed for 3 months after treatment,which were recorded on the nursing work satisfaction.Results：All patients were effectively treated,but the efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group,and the patient satisfaction for the care job was High degree（93.3%）.Conclusion：The comprehensive health educationmake patients get the better recognition on the treatment of nerve EMG facilitation therapy instrument（Tens 21）,can help patients improve efficacy
