翻译是一门科学。它有其客观的标准，即“信、达、雅”。翻译又有一定的灵活性，它更是一门艺术，即形似、神似和可译性。我们要以科学的态度、艺术的手法对待翻译，从而达到科学与艺术的有机统一。

Translation, a scientific subject, has its objective standards, and that is ＂faithfulness, expressiveness and elegance＂. Thanslation also involves flexibility and art, and that is atructural similarity, content similarity and translatability. Therefore, we should deal with it with scientific attitude and artful techniques in an effort to realize organic integration.
