心理干预在青年女性甲状腺癌患者治疗过程中的应用及分析

Application and analysis of psychological intervention during treatment course in young women patients with thyroid cancer

目的探讨心理干预在青年女性甲状腺癌患者治疗过程中的应用效果。方法随机将90例青年女性甲状腺癌患者分为实验组45例和对照组45例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予有针对性的综合心理护理干预。分别对两组患者在入院第2天、出院前1天进行焦虑量表(SAS)、抑郁量表(SDS)、心理活动影响因素问卷调查,观察干预效果。结果实验组患者经积极心理干预后焦虑、抑郁心理与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论积极的心理干预可改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,有助于提高患者的生活质量和治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention during the treatment course of the young women patients with thyroid cancer.Methods 90 young women cases of thyroid carcinoma were divided into the experimental group（45 cases） and the control group（45 cases）.The control group received conventional care,while on this basis the experimental group was given the targeted comprehensive psychological nursing intervention.The questionnaire survey was conducted by the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,the Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS） and the psychological influencing factors for observing the intervention effectshe on 2d after admission to hospital and 1 d before discharge from hospital.Results Anxiety and depression psychology in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group,showing statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Active psychological intervention can improve the patients′anxiety and depressed mood and help to increase the patients′quality of life and treatment effects.
