弹性成像在肝纤维化中的研究进展

摘要 肝纤维化是由于慢性肝病在进展过程中肝内纤维生成与降解失衡,导致肝内过多胶原沉积,是各种慢性肝病损伤修复过程的共同结果,也是各种慢性肝病向肝硬化发展的可逆中间环节。多数学者认为,如果能够及时治疗,早期发现肝纤维化并给予针对性的治疗,早期肝硬化是可以逆转的[1];因此,对慢性肝病患者治疗方案的制定和预后判断很大程度上取决于准确判断肝纤维化分级,而肝脏的硬度与肝纤维化的程度相关,
