介绍了金隆永久不锈钢工艺(KIDD法)电解设计概况,阐述了投产至今的生产情况,着重讨论了阴极铜质量的控制与提高,摸索并总结出了一套稳定金隆永久不锈钢工艺电解指标的运行方式。5年生产实践表明:金隆永久不锈钢工艺电解是一种工艺先进、成本低廉的铜电解技术。
This paper gives the introduction of design overview of Jinlong permanent stainless steel electrolysis process,and describes of production situation since it started,emphasizing on the quality control and improvement of copper cathode.It explores and summarizes the operation mode of stabilizing the index of Jinlong Permanent Stainless Steel Cathode Technology.Five years of production practice shows that the process of Jinlong permanent stainless steel electrolysis is an advanced technology and low-cost copper electrolysis technology.
