对社区矫正假释犯对象在劳动力市场中的社会排斥问题研究

社区矫正假释犯是我国社会转型期在司法改革背景下而产生的特殊群体。从调查中发现,这类特殊群体在回归社会以后面临着来自体制内和体制外劳动力市场的双重社会排斥。由于社会化进程的中断,长期监禁生活使得他们很难适应社会变迁的现实,并且在劳动力市场上步履艰难。"罪犯也是人,应该享有人的尊严"。正视社区矫正过程中假释犯对象在劳动力市场上面临的社会排斥事实,并寻求社会融合、社会宽容的积极举措,将是今后国家构建预防和减少犯罪工作体系、维护社会稳定必须解决的问题。

Parolees form a special group in community correction during the time of Chinese judicial reform. According to the survey, parolees face dual social exclusion upon returning to society, including inside and outside the lab market system. Parolees have difficulties adapting to social change after long-term imprisonment and obtaining equal treatment in the lab market because of the interruption in socialization. ＂Criminals are also human beings who should enjoy the dignity of people.＂ The country, government, and community have to take positive measures to seek social integration and social tolerance to solve this problem faced by parolees.
