摘要
试验研究不同加工率、退火温度和退火保温时间对AlMgSi合金性能的影响。通过力学性能的检测,确定了该合金O状态的最佳退火温度范围400~430℃,保温时间为1.5h。按上述工艺参数,在工业生产条件下生产出了力学性能满足使用要求的薄壁管材。
The effects of working rate, annealing temperature and holding time on properties of A1-Mg-Si alloy were investigated. The optimum annealing temperature of 400℃-430℃ and holding time of 1.5h were determined by mechanical properties test. Then the thinwalled tubes with required mechanical properties can be produced by aid of the above mentioned process.
