摘要
为分析液力偶合器内流场的流动情况,对偶合器内部的三维流场进行数值模拟,根据模拟结果对偶合器在制动工况及牵引工况内流场的速度、压力分布进行详细分析,探讨其泵轮和涡轮流场的流动特性,为偶合器的优化设计提供参考。
A numerical simulation was conducted on the three-dimensional flow field of the internal coupling in order to make analysis on the internal flow of hydraulic coupling. The author makes detailed analysis on the velocity, pressure distribution of the internal flow field under damped and traction conditions on the basis of the simulation results. The flow behaviour of its pump impeller and turbine flow field are discussed in a bid to provide reference for optimized design of couplings.
