为快速检测蔬菜、水果等农产品的农药残留情况,介绍应用农产品农药残留速测技术的必要性和可行性,概述农药残留速测技术的原理、仪器和方法,探讨其应用过程中存在的主要问题,为此技术的广泛应用提供参考。
This article deals with the necessity and feasibility of speedy detection of pesticides residues in farm products. The author dis- cusses the principle, instrument and method used in speedy determination of pesticides residues and examines the major problems in adopting this technique in an effort to provide reference for the wide application and promotion of this technique.
